ZERO tolerance for violence and abuse

╭✿╯ Personally, I'm not a 'black & white" pic fan (reminds me of black & white tv days). I’m a colour pic fan, but I'm doing this for a cause and was nominated by my dear friend, Patrizia. Challenge accepted. 

[This black and white pic is not to highlight any group, whatsoever, but to move the emphasis from me to the message attached. The original focus was on domestic violence, but I've centred it around global violence and abuse, which is prevalent now. ]

The meaning behind the black and white posts is to empower each other but more importantly, to show support to those who are affected by abuse and violence all over the world. For them, lockdown, I imagine, would be most terrifying.

Abuse and violence in any way, shape or form are not acceptable. Instead of asking, "How can individuals abuse others?" let's rather ask, "How can there be so many good people out there who do nothing about it?" It's not the bruises on the body that hurt, but the scars on the heart and mind. ❤

There's one universal truth applicable to all countries, cultures and communities; violence and abuse are never acceptable, never excusable and never tolerable.

There is no greater inhumanity in this world than to deliberately hurt others. Nothing and no one is weaker and smaller or more minuscule than those who intentionally hurt or cause pain to others or who revel in the hardships of others.

Let's stand up and be counted as those who have ZERO tolerance for violence and abuse of any kind. I think of the violent and chaotic state of affairs in the US as well, during this COVID phase at present. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Stay safe, healthy & blessed. ❤
